Agreement

SINGLE WINDOW INFO TECH PVT LTD is a trading name and Brand of SINGLE WINDOW INFO TECH PVT LTD, hereinafter referred to as “SINGLE WINDOW ”. This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and SINGLE WINDOW governing your use of SINGLE WINDOW software, solutions and services whereby SINGLE WINDOW shall provide aggregate payment gateway solutions to you for further onboarding merchants to sell Products and/or collecting money for a specified purpose.

When you use SINGLE WINDOW Technology Services provided by us, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement and shall be considered as part and parcel of this Agreement. The Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer form a part of this Agreement. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time without any prior written notice to you. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates/ changes. Your continued use of SINGLE WINDOW Services following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the revisions.

We may also use information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the website and our services and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.

Registration

You must register with us in order to open a SINGLE WINDOW Account and use SINGLE WINDOW Services. We allow both individuals and Legal Entities to register with SINGLE WINDOW. Without any legal obligation to do so, we require certain information from you, as laid out in the registration form, to permit the use of SINGLE WINDOW Services. You must provide accurate and complete information. In addition, you must keep the information that you provide up-to-date at all times.

Refunds and Returns Policy

We do not sell any software online. All our services and technology platforms will be under separate agreement. All refund and return policies shall be governed by respective agreements.

Disclosures and Notices

You agree that SINGLE WINDOW can provide disclosures and notices required by law and other information about your SINGLE WINDOW Account to you electronically by posting it on our website, or by e-mailing it to the email address provided by you at the time of registration. You also agree that electronic disclosures and notices have the same meaning and effect as if we had provided you with paper copies. Such disclosures and notices are considered received by you within 24 hours of the time posted to our website, or within 24 hours of the time emailed to you unless we receive notice that the email was not delivered.

Disclaimer

SINGLE WINDOW will make all reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted technology subject to down time and regular maintenance. However, notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the SINGLE WINDOW Site, SINGLE WINDOW Services may not be uninterrupted or error free or free from any virus or other malicious, destructive or corrupting code, program or macro and SINGLE WINDOW disclaim all warranties, express or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness of the services for a particular purpose. Although SINGLE WINDOW adopts security measures it considers appropriate for the offer of the SINGLE WINDOW Solutions, it does not assure or guarantee that no person will overcome or subvert the security measures and gain unauthorized access to the SINGLE WINDOW Platform or your/ Customer data. SINGLE WINDOW shall not be responsible or liable if any unauthorized person hacks into or gains access to the SINGLE WINDOW Service or to your SINGLE WINDOW Account.
